As an implementation project closes, we train you on how to maintain and make configuration changes in your system. We provide End User training to help you navigate the system on a day-to-day level as well as more technical System Administrator training so you can actively manage your system.

We understand that as your business needs evolve, your system will also need to grow to address those changing needs. That’s why we provide training services to you, anytime, on any topic, from learning how to manage user profiles to more in-depth, technical system admin training. We offer a standard training curriculum; however, we can also curate training on a specific subject of your choice.

Every month, we run Back to Basics training webinars. The range of topics discussed is based on the most frequent queries and tickets submitted via our support desk. We also have a robust online video library which you can access via our YouTube channel and Wiki.

While most of our training is done remotely via video conference, we also provide onsite training at our offices or yours. Dedicated training and support are available through Premium Support option.
