We’re a creative, collaborative, and passionate group of people who want to help organizations work more efficiently so they have time to focus on the big ideas.

We've over 115 employees across our network of offices in Canada, the US, Ireland, and the UK, with 52% representing visible minorities. 1% non-binary, 47% women, and 52% are men.

SmartSimple was born in the winter of 2002 at the University of Toronto, the brain child of Michael Reid and Keith Yau.

Our first office was located in Toronto, Canada, with three employees, five users and one client.
